The roof was leaking so the ceiling, insulation and wall needed to be replaced. We took this opportunity to introduce a light and ceiling fan to make the space ever more comfortable.

Moving the kitchen
On this project we moved the kitchen from the east side of the house to the west side, while completely opening up the floor plan, changing the window configuration and getting to hang out with a super sweet puppy. Huge 10'x4' kitchen island with cabinets still to be installed
Flooring
Matching new floor with existing, 96 year old flooring can be tricky. But after weaving in the new with the old and sanding the entire floor, we think it blends in pretty seamlessly.
